The Fifth Revolution – the current period of rapid, simultaneous and systemic transformations driven by impact and purpose – is reshaping industries, challenging existing regulatory frameworks, and even redefining what it means to be human(itarian).
This transformation will be unique. We do not yet know just how it will unfold, but one thing is clear: the response to it must be integrated and comprehensive, involving all stakeholders of the global polity, from the public and private sectors to academia and civil society.
Misinformation is everywhere. Whether we know it or not, we all share or re-post. A it comes from us, the people we share it with believe it. However, there is something we all can and should do. Pay attention “before you share”.
Today, about two-thirds of the 759 million adults worldwide who lack basic literacy skills are women. Why are women being left behind when it comes to education? Girls in our world face a variety of barriers to becoming educated. But we can change the odds for girls around the world by helping them acquire an education.
Hence, WHF has partnered with UNICEF and UNESCO and launched the platform of partners and ministers on girl’s education.
